Why? It makes perfect sense because I find that most of his decisions make no sense to me! And how he gets those decisions to work is even more incomprehensible!
That might be the original intent, but "sort him out" could also mean beating the living crap out of him.
Also, deeply amusing that figuring out Dhoni's rationale is made into some sort of game, when the man takes great pains to explain each of them in detail!
